Domestic Shipping

Blur Banisher offers three shipment options in South Africa...

  • The Courier Guy: Your purchase is delivered to your door.
  • The Courier Guy Lockers: Your purchase is delivered to a locker situated at a shopping centre or garage near your residence (more affordable option).
  • Pick It Up: Fetch the purchase yourself in Barberton, Mpumalanga, South Africa if you are in the area.

    • Shipment Processing Times

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, whatsapp or telephone.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days, depending on your location.

    Please note that delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as courier services are out of our control. Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during the holiday season and to outlying areas.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped. If you chose the lockers option it will contain your locker pin and QR code. You will be notified when it arrives at the locker nearest to your place of residence, after which you can go and fetch it at a time that suits you.

    International Shipping

    For orders less than 5 units, international shipping doesn't make financial sense because of the shipping costs, so delivery is only in South Africa. International visitors to South Africa can provide a temporary accommodation, friends residence or safari company address for delivery.

    For international shipments, Blur Banisher is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages

    Blur Banisher is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Return & Refunds Policy.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
